Textile Manufacturing

CesSurface® pretreatment significantly cracks the fiber surface to enhance (promote the chemical reaction) to achieve more effective dyeing, deep dyeing, allowing even solvent-free dyes to bond well and durably of reinforcing fabrics. Moreover, DaiSurface® can reduce the wettability to improve the waterproof effect, or also sterilize. DaiSurface® can keep pace with the tough demands of new high-performance spinning equipment.

Shoes Manufacturing

Eliminating dust, wastewater, and air pollution caused conventional shoe manufacturing. DaiSurface® plasma processing can replace front-end processes, including various shoes materials Rb, EVA, TPU,.. and various curved shapes such as roughing, acid-base washing, and treatment agents. Moreover, Plasma can save energy, green envoronment and improve bonding quality!

Printing/Painting Process

Pretreat with plasma can not only improve ink adhesion and print quality in a variety of printing processes and achieve simultaneously in a single step but also protect environment.

Mold Manufacturing

Plasma is used to improves bond adhesion between two dissimilar materials to create a high quality, durable and reproducible compound of hybrid injection-molded components. The plasma can be activated inside the mold or separate treatment of the semi-finished part to reducing the entire manufacturing cycle and skiping downstream bonding process or the insertion of the second component.

Atom Coating Process

Plasma atom coatings makes enormous potential to enhance a material’s function and value over a wide range of applications, totally liquid (water & oil) repellent, or totally wettable. The coating layer is typically a permanent coating, nano thickness, colourless, odourless and being bound to the material surface on an atomic scale therefore doesn’t affect the look or feel of the material in any way.

Tincans Manufacturing

Eliminating solvents, a lot of energy and ovens, plasma pretreat printing can be used to print on tinplate cans and other metal packaging in a way that's less time consuming, high production speeds up to 5m/min, and more environmentally friendly than conventional methods. High kinetic energy of plasma is transferred to the material surface to dissolve the inorganic and organic contamination from the metal surface.

Machining/Nitriding Manufacturing

Plasma can be applied not only on mechnical surface parts in many process like puffering, finishshing, grinding to reduce the fricional force of joins (XYZ, ABC) of machine but also indeep surface parts such as nitriding to provides high surface hardness, thus improving resistance to wear, abrasion, galling and galling.

Wood Furniture Manufacturing

Environmentally responsible, no-emission furniture modules compling with VOC directives, the plasma pretreat, the innovative and efficient processes for non-polar profile surface treatment without primer, for wood plastic composites (WPC), MDF, WPC, PVC, and PP, as well as wood, achieves superior surface activation. DaiSurface® provides continuous process sequencing and a simple, reproducible process of furniture and window profiles just before pressure is used to apply the film. Moreover, DaiSurface® provide the zero bondline – secure edge processing and solvent-free Wrapping of Furniture Profiles.

Crosslink Process

Crosslinking agents, also known as crosslinkers, are molecules with two or more reactive ends that can attach to specific functional groups on proteins or other molecules. Crosslinking involves creating chemical bonds (typically covalent) between different polymer chains or molecules.

Solute/Precipitate Process

Precipitation in plasma is when a solute, initially dissolved in a solution, forms an insoluble solid (a precipitate) and separates from the solution. This can occur due to chemical reactions, changes in temperature, or the addition of a non-solvent..
