The CES-Surface CES-SJ01 is a continuous 3D surface treatment system designed to various industries application like shoes, tincan, plastic manufacturing process where the machine is used to clean, sterilize and activate surface for improved bonding and adhesion. The critical of CES-Surface model is a homogeneous dynamic plasma treatment system with high speed and deep pocket. The model design and assembly make flexible treatment system. AI camera also is used to recognize. Treatment shape of a sample is taken by AI camera and converted to treatment profile which is used for CNC/Robot. The real-time treating condition are monitored and abnormal parameter are noted by alarm function.
The product shape is automatedly recognized after inline feeding by a conveyor. A Plasma reactor carrier is a mechatronic system with 6 DoF like a CNC or Robot for treating. Under plasma bulk, ion particles bombard directly to surface to modify the properties of a material, typically by cleaning, activating, or etching to improve adhesion for subsequent coatings, inks, or adhesives. CES-Surface CES-SJ01 surface treatment is often done inline at atmospheric pressure and can be applied to a wide range of materials like plastics, metals, and polymers.
The CES-Surface® is designed as a potable module which can be integrated to Plasma power supply, IoT and inline multiple reactors, Conveyers/Robot/CNC treatment system in various materials and various industries.

The treating fond-end process is an automated control and programing via PLC and camera integrated AI. A monitor shows real-time data graph display of treating condition such as voltage, current, the pressure and volume ò gas and treating speed. The problems are noted by alarm function and maintenance time of the damaged parts. the system can control and monitor on smartphone via internet.
