The CS-LZP.101 is a specially designed continuous 2D surface treatment system that utilizes plasma technology. This machine is used to clean, buffer, and activate functional surfaces, enhancing cleaning, sterilization, bonding, and adhesion. The critical of the CES-Surface CS-LZP.101 model is its homogeneous dynamic particle treatment system, which operates at high speed and covers a wide area. Additionally, it is available in various configurations, combining a plasma power supply, linear reactors, a Z-CNC, a conveyor, and an automation system with a PLC to treat different shapes and materials. The system also includes real-time data monitoring and alarm functions to provide updates on treatment conditions across all models.
The 2D surface treatment profile is automatically recognized by a controller integrated with a conveyor system. A serial reactor carrier is a mechatronic system with multiple degrees of freedom, similar to a CNC machine, allowing for vertical movement. In plasma processing, ion particles directly bombard the surface to modify the properties of a material, typically through cleaning, activation, sterilization, or buffering, which enhances functional surface characteristics such as adhesion for subsequent adhesives. The controller is programmed to manage operations, detect errors, and interface with the user via a monitor or IoT connectivity. The CS-LZP.111 system is often operated inline at atmospheric pressure and can be applied to a wide range of materials, including RB, EVA, TPU, HPPE, PU, and POM.
