The CPS/D.003 is a power plasma supply designed for standalone or DIY applications, offering a power range of 200-2000W, a voltage of 10kV, and a frequency of 45kHz. It is controlled by a microprocessor and IoT technology, making it suitable for industrial plasma systems such as surface plasma treatment systems and air or water treatment systems. Depending on the specific application, the shape and power can be customized. There are two main configurations: the CPS.003 standalone model, which features a stainless steel electrical cabinet measuring 30x30x20 cm and provides 200-2000W, and the CPD.003, a DIY version tailored for specific types of machines. The output power, voltage, and frequency are adjustable based on a plasma area of 5-100 m², a discharge gap of 3-5 mm, and the reactor design. Additionally, we offer plasma chambers and electrodes suitable for all types of plasma chambers and various industrial applications.
Output of high voltage and high frequency connected to plasma reactors is generated by a series of electrical circuits, including a transformer, AC/DC converter, frequency pulse generator, and inverter, using 220V as the input power. Depending on the industrial application, the DBD plasma reactors are designed to create plasma bulk through gas ionization. Embedded AI and IoT technologies are utilized to remotely or directly control the performance, concentration, volume, and shape of the plasma bulk.
The CES.PDS/D.300 is designed as a portable power supply or a DIY power supply that can be integrated to power multiple plasma reactors in conveyor, robotic, or CNC treatment systems across various material treatment and industrial applications.
