CS-LCP.S01 Introduction

The CS-LCP.S01, a specially designed for 2D sole treatment by plasma, is a continuous 2D surface treatment system where the machine is used to clean, buffering and activate sole surface for improved bonding and adhesion. The critical of CES-Surface model is a homogeneous dynamic particals treatment system with high speed and large wide. Moreover, the available in different versions, the combination among a plasma power supply, linear reactors, a CNC, a conveyor and an automation system PLC, are used to treat various shoes. The real-time data graph monitor and alarm function of the treating condition also are also comminated in all system model.

Principle of CS-LCP.S01

The 2D Sole treating profile is automatedly recognized by a controller in line feeding with a conveyor. A reactors carrier is a mechatronic system with Z DoF like a CNC for moving up or down. In plasma bulk, ion particles bombard directly to surface to modify the properties of a material, typically by cleaning, activating, or buffering to improve adhesion for subsequent adhesives. A controler is programed to control and detect error and interface to user via monitor or IoT.
