CS-LCP.S01 Introduction

The CS-JCA is a continuous 3D surface treatment system specifically designed for plasma surface treatment. Its purpose is to clean, buffer, and activate 3D surfaces to enhance adhesion and bonding. A homogeneous dynamic particle treatment system, capable of handling complex surfaces at high speeds, is a critical component of the CES-Surface model. Additionally, system integrates of a conveyor, jet reactors, six-axis collaborative robot (Cobot), a plasma power source, and artificial intelligence (AI) AI utilized accommodate various different 3D shapes and available. Principle of CS-LCP.S01

The 3D surface treatment profile is automatically recognized by an AI controller in conjunction with a conveyor system. The jet plasma reactor is supported by a six-axis collaborative robot (cobot) system with six degrees of freedom (DoF). In the plasma process, ion particles are jetted and bombard the surface to modify the properties of the material, typically by cleaning, activating, or buffering to enhance adhesion for subsequent adhesives. A controller is programmed to manage operations, detect errors, and interface with the user via a monitor or Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity. The CS-JCA.101 system is often operated inline at atmospheric pressure and can be applied to a wide range of shapes and materials, including metal, rubber (RB), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), high-performance polyethylene (HPPE), polyurethane (PU), and polyoxymethylene (POM).
