The CS-JCA is a continuous 3D surface treatment system specifically designed for plasma surface treatment. Its purpose is to clean, buffer, and activate 3D surfaces to enhance adhesion and bonding. A homogeneous dynamic particle treatment system, capable of handling complex surfaces at high speeds, is a critical component of the CES-Surface model. Additionally, system integrates of a conveyor, jet reactors, six-axis collaborative robot (Cobot), a plasma power source, and artificial intelligence (AI) AI utilized accommodate various different 3D shapes and available.
